New NIDDK Specimen Access Program (Replaces X01 Mechanism)
NIDDK has launched a new Specimen Access Program (SAP) for requesting specimens from the NIDDK Central Repository. This process replaces the X01 Resource Access mechanism (PAR-22-171) and serves as the updated pathway for all specimen requests.
New NIDDK GUID services for privacy-preserving record linkage
NIDDK Central Repository (NIDDK-CR) now provides access to the NIH Centralized Global Unique Identifier (GUID) system, a powerful, privacy-preserving record-linkage service available to eligible NIDDK-funded projects.
