Comments: Plasmid History: Constructed by Jeff Brown. Notes for Use: The ~2 kb dropout of the Sal I digest of XTcf-3 interacting clone 2-1 (in pGBT9) was ligated into the XhoI site of pCS2P+. For CS2+MT XCtBP, the Sal I dropout was blunted with Klenow and cloned into the StuI site of pCS2+MT.
